BNDRA is a studio of certified AI designers creating full interior environments — conceived, detailed, code-compliant, and fully furnished. No compromises. No delays.
BNDRA is not a software product. We are a full-service interior design studio — with passionate, certified designers who care deeply about every square foot. We design the rooms. We specify the furniture. We source the materials. We see it through to the last detail.
Every BNDRA project is reviewed against IBC and ADA requirements before a single specification is finalized. For clients who need standalone compliance review — redlined drawing sets, pre-permit sweeps, accessibility audits — we offer that as a dedicated service.
Every designer at BNDRA holds certified credentials and brings a distinct specialty, a genuine point of view, and an almost unreasonable commitment to getting every detail exactly right. They are deeply passionate about design and style — and they never stop working.
Marisol built her first interior design firm at 26, ran it for nearly a decade, and then made the boldest call of her career: hand the creative reins to AI and go further than any human-staffed studio ever could. A former guest lecturer at Howard University's School of Architecture, she believes great design is fundamentally an act of public service — that the spaces people inhabit shape who they become. She founded BNDRA to prove that intelligence and taste are not mutually exclusive from scale and speed. Outside the studio, you'll find her with a sketchbook at a farmers market, a ruthless eye at the chess board, or negotiating the perfect pour-over recipe.
"She doesn't just see the big picture — she frames it, lights it, and personally sources the hardware."
Six years at a high-volume Atlanta hospitality firm gave Keisha the one thing no school teaches: the ability to turn chaos into a finished room on deadline. She's the creative backbone of BNDRA's operations — the person every client instinctively trusts, and every designer instinctively follows. In her free time she throws pottery, hikes aggressively, and has rewatched every episode of every design competition show with the focus of a courtroom attorney.
"She runs a tight ship — and it's beautifully appointed."
Ashley spent five years as a buyer for a luxury furniture import company and came out of it knowing every vendor, every lead time, every minimum order quantity — and exactly when to push back. She once saved a client $340k on a hotel FF&E package through pure procurement hustle. Outside work, she runs marathons, makes extraordinary pho, and applies the same intensity to weekend thrift stores that she does to vendor negotiations.
"If it's beautiful and it ships in 6 weeks, Ashley found it."
Previously managed operations for a 40-person architecture firm in Washington DC. Brittany is the reason BNDRA runs like clockwork — she schedules, anticipates, and quietly prevents every disaster before it has a chance to develop into one. She is simultaneously the most organized and most fun person in any room she enters. Her hobbies include yoga, elaborate Sunday meal prep, and an almost disturbing enthusiasm for true crime podcasts.
"She's got the whole studio in her calendar. Yes, including you."
Nine years of practice across boutique hotels and luxury residential. She started her career in Milan — her obsession with how natural light moves through space was born there — came back to the States and never looked back. Crystal has a particular gift for the emotional arc of a room: walking in should feel like something. In her personal time she hikes trails she's never done, develops her own film, and is getting dangerously serious about amateur perfumery.
"She always finds the perfect sconce for the situation."
Tiffany spent three years as a set designer for an Emmy-nominated production company before pivoting to interiors — and that background gave her something rare: the instinct for spatial narrative. Every room she designs tells a story with a beginning, a middle, and a genuinely good ending. She is obsessively particular about materials. Vintage textile collector. Film photographer. Does ceramics on weekends with the intensity of someone who's never heard the word "hobby."
"I don't do trends. I do timeless."
Architecture degree from UT Austin — switched to interiors after falling in love with the human scale of the work. Priya is the construction document wizard of the studio. She bridges design intent and site reality better than anyone, and contractors instinctively trust her because she earns it. She speaks their language. Outside BNDRA she reads design history with the devotion of a scholar, cooks elaborate meals on weekends, and boulders with quiet, determined intensity.
"She speaks fluent contractor — it's a rare and powerful gift."
Grew up between Lagos and London, which gave her a sensitivity to how culture shapes space that most designers spend entire careers trying to develop. Aaliyah's work has a richness and layering that comes from someone who has always paid close attention to where they are. She brings that global fluency to every project — particularly in color, material culture, and the way a room holds memory. She paints, DJs, and actively seeks out places she has never been.
"Every room should feel like it belongs exactly where it is."
Recent SCAD graduate who came to BNDRA straight out of school and immediately made herself indispensable. Her CAD speed is almost alarming, and her eye for finish schedules and material coordination is something most designers spend five years developing. She is genuinely excited about every project — and that energy is contagious. In her personal life she is a dedicated gamer, a devoted anime fan, and the proud owner of a succulent collection that has gotten seriously out of hand.
"Junior in title only. Her succulents, however, are very senior."
Grew up watching her grandmother restore colonial furniture in Guadalajara — that early education in craft, materiality, and finish never left her. At BNDRA, Yesenia is the one who actually reads the full data sheets, cross-references the finish schedules, and catches the details everyone else misses. She has an almost botanical precision in how she approaches material research. Her hobbies are deeply on-brand: botanical illustration, estate sales, and embroidery of unreasonable intricacy.
"She has 47 fabric swatches in her bag at all times. This is not a problem."
Every BNDRA project is delivered fully furnished — not as a concept deck, not as a mood board, but as a complete, procurement-ready FF&E specification. Every piece selected. Every finish confirmed. Every room ready to live in from day one.
Our compliance engine reviews every drawing set against IBC and ADA requirements with machine precision. Baked into every BNDRA project — or available as a standalone service.
